The Sin of C's
Don't allow the sin of comparison, competition, covetousness and or complacency to hinder your faith.
We must cast to throw with various degrees of force and violence our seeds upon many waters. Not knowing when you will receive a return. Sometimes a return on your investment takes years. One must have several types of investments. Diversification will prepare one for unforeseen disasters. We all can see it’s about to rain when a cloud appears. Only God can determine when the harvest will come.
It’s important to be mindful of the things you’re spending your time on daily. What you do behind the scenes will eventually come to fruition. The key is to plant seeds while there is an opportune time to plant. We must understand that convergence is taking place. Lori, it is not about your perfection nor is it about knowing hidden things of God. You must not allow the sin of comparison, competition or covetousness to hinder your faith. Obey immediately and trust the process.

Misconduct versus Poor Performance
Misconduct in the workplace generally falls under two categories. Minor misconduct is seen as unacceptable but is not a criminal offense. Gross misconduct can lead to dismissal.
How to discharged for employment misconduct? The employer must know the difference between misconduct and poor performance. One deals with behavior while the other deals with ability.
Applicants who are discharged because of employee misconduct are not eligible to receive unemployment benefit payments. Employment misconduct means any intentional or negligent conduct that either:
Displays clearly a serious violation of the standards of behavior the employer has the right to reasonably expect of the employee, or displays clearly a substantial lack of concern for the employment: The employer must have policies and procedures in place to hold their employees accountable. The employer can't fire an employee without following proper protocol.
