Handling The Falls in Life.

Life Lesson:

In life we make mistakes, we have failures and short-comings. Some of our lessons in life are private and sometimes are lessons are public. Yesterday, while at my favorite spot on Thursday, I was knockdown roller skating. My fall was brutally public. I had the choice to be embarrassed, upset or simply play the victim and stop skating. I could have made excuses to justify calling it quits for the night or the entire year. Since it wasn't my fault as to why I fell. I did just the opposite by not allowing my public fall to hinder me from my private passion to roller skate. I got straight up and kept it moving.

Moral of the story:  When you fall in life whether it's privately or publicly, don't let the fall prevent you from getting up and keeping it moving. The key point: If you fall publicly and don't let what others think to stop you, you'll always be in a position to win. Just remember even if your knockdowns are caused by someone else's negligence it's still your responsibility to get up and wipe the dust off your feet. You see when you love what you do no amount of knockdowns should stop you from ascertaining and enjoying everything the universe has to offer in life.~Lori M.
